It’s easy to worry about food. We are a country absolutely obsessed with it.

Are we convinced we are eating the wrong stuff? Should we be eating organic. Should we have traded that donut for some carrot sticks?  Should we eat high protein, low carbs? Or high carb, low fat?  Is eating vegan the way to go or is a juicy steak actually good for us?

When we sit down to a great plate of food, are we riddled with guilt and confusion?
